My B60 keeps showing Not Ready. And refuses to brew .

No matter what I do. I think it is becaue somehow the setting for auto off got put on it by my friend by accident and I tried to reset without the instructions; which I cannot locate.

Brand new B66 from COSTCO, after 10 cups of brewed coffee, it flashed NOT READY and you can't turn off the machine and it won't brew, DEFECTIVE UNIT ! Customer service said call back monday when someone can help!!!!. Tried all sequences of button pushes to try and reboot it, no luch

You must unplug it to turn off the display, what a pile of JUNK !

I started the initial setup and followed the directions. It just keeps flashing "not ready". It did start to get a little warm at first but then it cooled off completely. I called customer service and I was told that someone would call me on Monday to tell me what to do.

I also just bought B66 at Costco today - did not prime, only blinking "not ready" and none of the buttons respond even when unplugged and replugged. Not even a SINGLE cup of coffee!

I am eternally Not Ready.  It partially primed and then didn't finish as best I can tell.  No matter what I do it keeps saying Not Ready.

I had a not ready and couldn't do anything. Tried the reset I found on here didn't work. Called customer service. Called me back a day later and offered me $30 off a new one. Mine was only 1.5 years old. Said "no, I want a new one". After getting a supervisor, am getting a new one. Apparently this is a comon problem.

Ditto. The machine is frozen and the owners manual is silent.

Lots of problems with the B60/65/70 units. There are some really good videos on you tube, but trust me, the process to fix is going to be a pain and cost ~$50. You should consider taking yours back for an exchange. There is a known problem with these models and it appears the retailers are being very generous on exchanges (check this out: .... Good luck

My Keurig B60 will not brew. The "ready to brew"

Having same problem with B60 turns off after 1 minute and little circle won't go away. After unit was stored for 5 months, So this is what I did. 1. I took it over to the sink and turned it upside down and shook it. 2. I dried out the whole where the water sucks up and blew through there with a straw. 3. then I sucked water out the rubber tube up top for the over flow. Then I put vinegar in the intake whole and put vinegar in the tank and let it sit overnight. When I got up in the morning i turned it on and after 1 min it shut off again so I restarted it and after a couple minuets it started to heat and my display came back and circle disappeared. Problem solved. Not sure which one worked but it is now working fine and I am now descaling it.

Our Keurig B60 displays "NOT READY Auto off set" and does nothing. What can we do to bring it back to life?

Press the off/on switch and poof on the machine and then check. If that is not helping then try this procedure as follows:--- 1. Simultaneously press and release "small mug" and "medium mug". Immediately afterward press "menu" 3 times. (Menu is the black button under the display screen .) You should see a time 6:09 on your screen.

2. Press "menu" once. Your LCD screen should say Brew 0:00.

3. (I messed this step up like 10 times and had to unplug the machine, then replug it and start over at step one. You have to unplug if the LCD displays "auto ____". If it continues to flash "Not Ready" and "Brew" then you can just keep trying step 3). Press and hold "medium mug". While holding "medium mug" press and release "menu". Immediately after pressing "menu" (while still holding "medium mug") press "small mug". Release "small mug" and "medium mug" at the same time. This entire thing needs to be done very quickly. as soon as you release "menu" go to "small mug" and release both buttons quickly.

4. Unplug the machine (do not turn it off). Wait for 3 seconds or so. Plug it back in, turn it on and follow the instructions for priming.
--------- If this instructions also not helping then try this, instead of holding the medium cup while pushing and releasing menu .you simutaneously push and release medium cup and menu and then medium cup and small cup and then check out. Thanks. keep updated for any more can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Keurig b60 wont brew

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...
