This is going to be a driver glitch. Two things to try are 1- system restore, back to a point you remember both working, and 2- uninstall the video drivers, reboot, and reinstall. The machine should pick it up automatically. Try this and let me know.

Hi. My Dell Latitude E6410 does not recognize a Epson Projector, model EMP-7800. How can I solve the problem?

Hi
you must tell the laptop to display out on the projector,
how to do that?! you must toggle the display path
Generally, there is button ( with Fn keys ) have dusplay screen sample on it, use it with Fn to toggle the display
Display have 3 modes:
  1. laptop screen
  2. outside LCD projector or monitor,
  3. or bith 1 + 2

you can press the keys 3 times ( at maximum ) to have the display on both laptop screen and projector

Good Luck

Insipron 6000 shipped with XP has should have a PC restore partition if it hasn't been removed/corrupted
The executable is CTRL+ F11 at boot

Hello. I have a Acer Extensa 5620Z and I am having issues having a conection to a projector. If i re boot it shows windows booting but thats all.

in this case some solution depends on the projector your using, some projector supports only a 1024 x 800 resolution try to change it anywhere from your desktop screen (don't point your mouse pointer to an icon) right click choose Properties look for Display Properties and go to Settings tab then adjust the Screen Resolution to 1024 x 800 or 800 x 600. Press and hold Fn button and look for the Functions Keys (F1, F2, F3....) look for the sign LCD sometimes marked to F4, this is used to enable and select the Lcd and Projector viewing vice versa or both working at the same time.

No signal from Optoma DLP Proj ExPro730 & Dell Inspiron 6000

Referencing a Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop and a Optoma DLP Projector ExPro 730. Hook up all of the necessary ables and such. Turn both the Laptop and the Projector on. Once the Laptop is booted up, go to the Control Panel and double click on the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver Icon and then click on the Multiple Display and then click on APPLY! Thats it ......... and it works like a charm.

I con't connect with lcd projector, xp windows

The video output will automatically switch to the data projector first when you power up the data projector first and then boot up the laptop.
When you power up the laptop first you can toggle the Windows image between the LCD screen and the video port/data projector by pressing the Fn key plus the F4 key. Pressing these keys each time will switch the display from LCD screen to video port only, to both LCD screen and video port, and back to LCD screen only.

Monitor Display on TV

Try the following:
Power up the projector first. With the laptop hooked up but not powered on once projector is warming up begin booting laptop. If there is still no display once its projector is fully warmed up and laptop booted you can try using the (fn) key with the laptop monitor switching function key usually F4 which switches the display monitor to show on external, external and laptop or just laptop. If this all fails try changing resolution of laptop to something that might be more projector friendly.
Let me know how you go.
