Not reading discs

what kind of system do you have? We had a disc reading problem with the gamecube. disconnect ALL cords. Wait a few minutes and plug them all back in. Make sure the disc doen't have any residue or dirt on it, clean it off, and try again. If you still have the same problem, consult the manual or call customer service for the product. Online downloadable manuals and customer support numbers are usually located on the website of the brand that makes your particular system.
