Hi...i am saurabh......i am an existing user of action voip but iam not able to log on to my account ..i don't know wat's the problem..i downloaded many times......but still i am not able to log on...its shows connecting then shows THE CLIENT IS NOT LOGGED ON.......PLSSSSSS help me....... i need it very urgently....is der any other new software launched.......because my action voip was showing..that THIS VERSION IS INVALID NOW.......I DOWNLOADED NEW ONE......BUT STILL I AM NOT ABLE TO LOGG ON....WHAT SHOULD I DO...??

This can be done in the Control Panel under User Accounts if the account you are logged into is an administrator account.
To do it you just need to click on "manage another account" from the user list and select the appropriate action for you, whether it be create a new user account or simply put a password on an existing account.

You don't have to go thru all that trouble to get rid of your personal information. First just create a new user account with administrative rights that the person who is getting your computer will use. After you create the new user account reboot the computer and log on with the new account you created. Then Delete your old user account. It will delete all your documents, music, pictures, videos.

Click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts then create the new user account with Administrative Rights (not limited).

Reboot and and log on with the user account you just created.

Click Start/Control Panel/User Account and select the account you want to delete and Delete it. When asked about files to save, you want to delete everything associated with the account you are deleting.

If you have more than one user account you want to delete, do the same thing for it.

If you're talking about the Windows Password for a user account try this: Turn the laptop off then turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see an option for SAFE MODE. Take the Safe Mode option and let the computer boot up. When it gets to the login screen it will show you the Administrator account and the account for the user that you don't know the password. Select the Administrator account and hopefully it's not password protected. When you get into the windows desktop click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts. Under user accounts select the user for which you don't know the password then select the option to Remove Password. Click OK and reboot the machine.

2.try to connect with all know browsers(explorer,firefox,chrome,,,,)
3.try from a diferent pc
4.try diferent pc ,diferent location,diferet ISP

Sign out of Yahoo Mail and then go to
https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym

Type in new username and password. If you don't have one you can select create a new account at the bottom of the box.

If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user account with
administrative privileges you can log into that account and change your
original user account's password from the User Accounts applet in Control
Panel. If you don't have another account like this set up or don't have the
password to it, you'll need to log into the built-in Administrator account.
In XP Home, boot the computer into Safe Mode. Do this by repeatedly tapping
the F8 key as the computer is starting up. This will get you to the right
menu. Navigate using your Up arrow key; the mouse will not work here. Once
in Safe Mode, you will see the normally hidden Administrator account. The
default password is a blank.

In XP Pro, you do not need to go into Safe Mode. At the Welcome Screen, do
Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in
"Administrator" and whatever password you assigned when you set up Windows.

To change the built-in Administrator account in XP Pro if you can log into
another account with administrative privileges reset the password in the
Local Users and Groups snap-in in Microsoft Management Console (MMC):

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type "mmc" (without the quotation marks), and then click
OK to start MMC.
3. Start the Local Users and Groups snap-in.
4. Under Console Root, expand "Local Users and Groups", and then click
Users.
5. In the right pane, right-click Administrator, and then click Set
Password.
6. Click Proceed in the message box that appears.
7. Type and confirm the new password in the appropriate boxes, and then
click OK.

If you reset the built-in Administrator account's password in Home or have
Pro and don't remember the password, use NTpasswd to change the built-in
Administrator account's password to a blank.

Don't bother. Log on as the Administrator, usually you need to do ctrl-alt-del twice at the log on screen to be able to enter this account or start the machine in safe mode. Usually there is no password.
Remove your data and delete the accounts (control panel, user accounts)! Uninstall all software that you do not want to leave on the machine. Create a new account - User. The new user can change the name later.
