Question about Apple Canon BJC 55 InkJet Printer
If your ink tanks are good, reset the EEProm:
Power off the printer.
Unplug it, then plug it back in.
Wait until it stops its initialization sequence.
Press and hold the power button.
Allow the printer to beep 7 times, then release the power button.
This will reset the EEProm to factory default, and should clear your problem.
