It is cheaper to get a new unit than to attempt a repair.

This is a hassle. I have had to replace several of these and it seems they come up with a new motor/model every few days. Seriously, call them and ask if there is a replacement motor for that unit. There may be. They may also give you a recommended replacement. this is usually a different size by a bit. You just have to trim some of the sheetrock to get it to fit. unless you can only find one that is smaller. I use caulk around the edges to get a good seal and cover up. You can also try cleaning the "fan" part of the unit. this often gets dusty and becomes off balance. A good cleaning and one or two -small- drops of oil may buy you some time.

Measure the front of the washer. There are really only a couple sizes of machine though you will encounter all kinds of claims about size. Super Load! Bigger than the competition! Commercial Size! You don't say whether they are screw or bayonet. It sounds like they may be "candelabra" size which is about 1/2 inch in diameter (miniature are about 3/8 inch and intermediate are about 3/4 inch. If you look on the bulb there will be a manufacturer's name and part number which you can reserach on the internet.
