Cooling Off mode (also called Shop mode), is designed for use by retailers when they are displaying refrigerators on the shop
floor. In Cooling Off mode, the refrigerator's fan motor and lights work normally, but the compressors do not run, and
the refrigerator and freezer do not get cold.
To start Cooling Off mode, Touch and hold the Energy Saver button and the Power Freeze button for 3 seconds during normal
operation.
The refrigerator chime sounds and the temperature display flashes OF OF.
To cancel Cooling Off mode, Touch and hold the Energy Saver and the Power Freeze buttons again for 3 seconds.

If "0F 0F" appears on the display, the refrigerator is in DEMO MODE. To exit Demo Mode for controls on the outside of door, Press and Hold the Energy Saver and Adjust Freezer buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. To exit Demo Mode for controls inside the Fresh Food Compartment, Press and Hold the Ice Off and Freezer buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep and "0F 0F" will no longer be displayed. Adjust Refrigerator and Freezer temperature to the desired settings. Allow 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize.

Freezer below temperature. Set to 0F and is at -20F.

If this is just a freezer then the likely problem is a failed thermostat. If it is a combo then check the refrigerator settings and possibly a door leak in the refrigerator. The refrigeration is shared between both sides and to my knowledge never 100% on either side.

Good Luck,

Where is it leaking inside your refrigerator ? If it is inside your refrigerator at the back then it is likely a plugged defrost drain - there is a cup in your refrigerator that collects the water and sends it to the drain line at the back and at the bottom on your defrost pan for evaporation. if this line is clogged water will overflow and leak into your fridge. In newer refrigerators this line is enclosed and you have no cup in your refrigerator. See if you can locate the cup and wiggle it or remove it and push it back in sometimes it disloges the clog.

For temperature, normal freezer temp range is 0F or colder to 10F. Optimal is 0F (-18C), you can set it colder too this gives a better recovery time in case of longer power failures. For refrigerator 34F~40F, optimal temps are 34F, again for the same reasons, the colder it is, the slower bacteria growth - 34F is optimal, without freezing your food.

Refrigerator will not cool (58F) but freezer is working (-17F)?? Bottom mount freezer GE PDS22sc.

Check the back of the freezer if there is ice build up on the coils. If there is have the ice melted by unplugging the fridge. See if you can get the ice by just letting it melt on its own. The thermistor may have been frozen in the process and is not getting an accurate reading. Check also the freezer drain while at it and check if there is clogging. Other than that check the fan if you have one if it is running.
