OUr office has a Konica 3340 that was given as a contribution. We used it 2 days and have now received an error code 35-02. I called Konica and they said I need to have a tech come out and look at it. We don't have the funds for that so hjopefully you can help.
This is occasionally a false alarm. Try turning the copier off for about 10 seconds and turning it back on. If the code doesn’t clear, please call 1-800-877-2679 for service.
