Question about Washing Machines
Error code f-11 and f-28 what does it mean? Received the F11 code in 2006, they replaced both boards. I had purchased extended warranty. Seemed to work fine until a month ago, received dl (door lock) code, they replaced the door lock. Now I am getting the F11 code again after that repair. I do unplug the machine, wait a few hours and try to run the drain and spin cycle as suggested in manual. Sometimes it works and other times it does nothing. I then unplug and wait overnight. I am running again today, but I know it will stop again soon. I pray each time I start a load it will finish.

I have a Siemens WM16S772DN washing machine and encountered the error code "F:67" followed by repeated beeps. (Note: Siemens and Bosch are related companies). I called Siemens and they said the code means "Fatal error" or program error. The service technician was called, and he replaced the electronic board and reprogrammed it.
