Hotsync was hanging on updating expenses, which I am not using. Decided to reinstall software. Hung on "updating registry". Decided to uninstall old software. Wouldn't uninstall (used control panel as I should). Tried again to reinstall. Hung again on "updating registry". I'm connected to the Internet at all time. Hotsync still doesn't work.
