Sigmatel s3 mobile phone gprs connectivity

I have a sigmatel s3 mobile,recently purchased frm martet,dual sim,I use Airtel & Idea sim cards. My airtel sim has Gprs activated.How do i activate on handset & How do i connect it to laptop for internet browsing?Plz guide

how can i start net on my phone sigmatel s3 dual sim. where is the setting in the phone and how can i start net on my pc from it. i didn't find the setting menu for gprs.
