Hello
Power supply regulator board of your TV has some fault with it. It may either outputs less or over voltage from it to the entire circuit baord to which it has been supplied with. if this happens, the voltage seneor circuit built around the main system control section microcmputer of your TV will sense this situation, and apply a stop signal to the power regulator borad which in turn stops secondary power from it. This process will repeat after some time of instantaneously. The power regulator board should be trouble shooted. It is better to replace it as a card basis, rather than making 'surgery' to it. OK.
