I connect to the internet and everything is fine pages load but when I try to login to any of my accounts don't login and appear the page internet explorer cant load this page besides that dont let me login to any of my accounts everything works fine. I try on the others pc in my house and is the same. I know is the router because on my friends house I can access my accounts.Help please.

If you still have your username and password to your router page, there is a chance that you will still be able to retrieve your passphrase or password for your home network. To access your router web page and change the settings, get the IP address of your router, usually if you mouseover on the icon on the bottom right corner of your computer, the IP address of your home network shows up. Type in the IP address on the address field of your web browser and it would direct you to your router page. Passphrases are usually under security of your router web page.
Note: You should be connected in your home network to access your router's web page. If you ca't connect to the internet because you can't connect to the home network without your password, try using an ethernet cable just so you can connect to the internet and access your router's web page. Once you have retrieved your passphrase you can disconnect the cable and go wireless.
However, if you don't remember your username(usually admin, unless you changed it and password), I suggest yo call your internet service provider for assistance. They will reset your router, so when you login again you will have the option to change the passwords to whatever you like.
You did everything correctly so far, and your 2wire is getting the signal and info it needs. The unable to contact config server error is not a problem, as thats just 2wires update server, which wont hurt anything if not found. The password defaults back to 8 because of security issues, its still the same one you entered, so thats fine also. Now one thing you should try is the only thing different about the 2 routers. The 2wire has a built in firewall in it, try turning it off for your computer. Click on the firewall tab, then firewall settings. Select your computer and put the dot in DMZ mode and save it. Then restart the pc and see if it works after that. Other then that it could be a problem with the 2wire itself, since you are authenticating fine with your Internet provider.
it is normally 192.168.1.254 for this router, but if you have pinged it the router must be ok, double check your isp password and usename and PPOe or PPOA setting and that the mtu is set correct for your isp.
Have you cleared the cache and cookies in the browser if so it might be the ssl state that needs to be cleared to do so go to tools-> internet options-> content-> clear ssl state then click ok and see if you can surf, if not you might have an add on on the browser that is preventing you from logging in, try going to the advance tab and click the reset button at the bottom of the internet options box, if it still does not work there is something wrong with the browser and from there you have 2 options one to download another browser or contacting microsoft so they can assist you with fixing your browser 1800-642-7676
If you installed a Mcafee internet security on your computer, you may need to set it up. the antivirus you mentioned can block inbound and outbound traffic maybe that is the reason why you cannot open those website that you normally visit before you installed the anti virus, you can open the configuration page of the antivirus and check try to add the sites under the allow list...

Step 4: Plug in the Broadband modem’s power cable and wait for its lights to appear stable. Step 5: Plug in the router's power cable once the modem’s lights appear stable. Step 6: Power on the computer on and test the Internet connection.
if this still didnot work, maybe you need to upgrade the firmware of your router
configure the modem first, go to gateway.2wire.net, run system setup wizard, enter your system password or create a new one thru the gateway recovery password reset, check if you've got the correct keycodes as specified by your ISP, select your time zone, on ppp authentication page enter your username & password for your ISP account, then go to the next page. it will give you a page where it will try to establish a connection on you ISP servers.
