This is the driver for the GE EasyCam web cam. Only works up to XP though.

Hi,

You can download the drivers from GENUIS's site:

For Windows XP

For Windows Vista

Hope that helps!

Try this Sandee. Be aware the download seems to be for XP and earlier, so if you are using Vista it probably won't work for you. The chipset that the cam uses seems a lot like the Veo chipsets used in some of their webcams and I know they don't work in Vista. If the link doesn't take you straight to the download, look at the bottom of the webpage that it sends you to. At the bottom will be the download link for the driver

Veo Velocity V002 driver for Vista?

You are correct, there are no supported drivers for your cam in Vista and no support from Veo as their site is no longer on the net. I assume you have tried the XP driver as sometimes they work, but i think really you need to purchase another web cam as Veo seem to be non existant.

Webcam installation

http://www.jascoproducts.com/cgi-local/SoftCart.exe/online-store/scstore/pro/vista_ready_list.html?E+scstore On this page near the bottom they claim that easycam will not be supported for vista - a lot of companies have decided to just add vista to their new products - I had no luck at all with GE but you might find that in a few months or so someone out there has figured out how to do it - keep searching. Sorry no solution, but I hope it helps anyway :)
