Fuse #17 is marked "CD" player, that should be it. It is in the under hood power distribution box.

The fuse panel is located under the drivers side dash, the inside of the cover identifies the fuses in the panel. There are also some fuses in the power distribution box under the hood next to the battery.

2001 Ford Taurus Radio doesn't work but CD player does!

Does your car have an automatic raising and lowering antenna? If it does check your fuses for it. If not pull your radio out of the dash, and check to make sure that the antenna wire has not become lose or unplugged from the back.

Taurus 2001 radio location and antenna connecion

the radio that you see in the dash is your only radio!!! behind the radio is a antenna plugged into your radio(or not) if not then its going to be the biggest (most likely) black wire and you can probably figure out where it goes. theres only one spot for it to go!
