Replacing the capacitors would be a good start. Replace all the ones with the same capacitance and voltage rating even if they do not look bulge.
Let me know if you require further assistance.

Follow these steps to figure out what problem is.
When you turn on TV, look at the back and see if the back light on. If it is on, the power supply and inverter work fine. The suspection now is main board and T-con board (the small board on the middle-top of the panel)
To find the problem from the main board or not. Look at the power supply and measure Vs on - turn on the TV, this approx 5 vlt DC needs constant once you turn on the TV. If it is drop or unstable - main board problem - replace it.
If Vs on is good - disconnect the T-con cable from the power sup. If power sup stop clicking - T-con need replacing. Hope it help.

Capacitors are only one problems, viewing capacitors inspections are best and easiest ways.U want to test it with a multi Voltmeter look for capacitors Microferet and voltges each one, just test it.U have no skills or trouble shooting experience in electronics devices.Well no amount testing of capacitors, will not solved the tv problems, could be any things in the power supply board is slicely variable voltages could cause power problems.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Sounds like you know more than 'regulars' like me, but I do know your answer, even if I can't be as specific as you might appreciate.
It's a poor-quality power capacitor, and Samsung has extended their standard manufacturer's warranty to cover this issue, because it was really, really bad for them.
We have a 46" that began doing this about 3 mos. before warranty expiration--my girlfriend bought it from h.h.Gregg, so I called them, and they gave me Samsung's tel. #.
Surprisingly, Samsung not only answered, but responded, sending a repair specialist about 60 miles to us from TN (we live in Ky).
I work on PCs, and this was a hefty unit, so when the 20-something kid arrived with a moving blanket to lay our TV on, I helped him balance it and lay it down for his 'operation', during which I did ask him about the nature of the problem (it had started by doing it's 'power-down', 'power-up' cycle just once, but advanced to more than 1 minute until giving out entirely, over about a month's time).
The kid described it as a 'bad power capacitor', and admitted that Samsung had had some QC 'issues' with this and 'other models, too'.
I've seen almost a dozen people describing this exact same 'symptom' for three or four other makes of LCD TVs, on FixYa, so...it's pretty chronic.
So, hopefully Samsung will extend you the grace (period) you deserve, 'cause buying junk makes me mad, too....
Did you ever hear about one other issue with unique to Samsung TVs, though?
Check this link to the 'TBE issue' ('Triple Ball Effect')--it's funny, I barely noticed it, until I read about it online--then it stood out like a sore thumb!
Slow-motion replays of sports like baseball, foo-ball, soccer, and basketball can often give you a 'triple-ball' effect, almost like you're looking at the ball, but with parenthesis around it?!

I fould the problem by using canned air (upside down) to cool various parts while running. When I sprayed the smaller chip on the T-Con board the picture cleared for a second and then the probem returned. I replaced the T-Con board and it works perfectly now.
