Question about Apple iPhone 3G
Music 3.4 mb, photos videos almost nothing, but the other section almost fills my iphone, what is under other and why is it almost 4 mb
Do you have any applications (apps) downloaded and installed on your iphone? these of course take up storage space on your phone and come under the label of 'other'

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

First you need to authorize your PC with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a article about transferring files from iPhone to computer, which included transferring iPhone photos and videos to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!
