There is a software utility comes with the webcam driver, if you run the software, you can use the webcam as a camera or video camera for you personal use. This software utility can be downloaded from the manufacture's website.
Go to the settings for the youcam when you bring up the program. This would be the icon with the crossed tools. Look in there for the advanced video settings, here you can change the position or orientation of the camera view also known as the rotation angle of the camera.
