My Samsung was working just fine the other day. There were 3 bars left and I was listening to music. I put it on Lock and when i unlocked it, the Locked icon appeared on the screen. Ever since, i can't turn my mp3 on because the Locked icon keeps appearing.. Someone help me!!

Ensure the key lock is not activated by sliding

Had the same problem with being able to load MP3 songs onto the phone but they would not play. Elapsed song time indicator remained at 0.00.
In Windows Media Player, select Sync Menu......then Samsung Juke........then Format. The warning states that you will lose all data. This only pertains to the songs that you cannot get to work anyway. Your stored phone #'s will still be there after the reformat.
I reformatted and reloaded the MP3's and everythings now works just fine.
