I doubt it will make much difference, but try lens cleaner, check this link.

Any commercial grade plastic cleaner/ buffing soloution might be worth a try.

The product may damage the outer screen though. I recently replaced all 3 for about $500 after my kid shot them out with a BB gun.

How to get scratches off flat screen tv

Live with it as the screen itself is part of the display panel, and cheaper to buy a new set than replace the panel, not covered (scratches) by any warranty.

Screen has anti-glare coating and any attempt to clean it or buff it will just make it look worse.

Very front screen is scratche on my sony sxrd kds60a2000. what is the part number and cost of replacement

Contact a service center for replacement. Seriously, the 60inch panel has to be removed in order to replace the front film which is no easy feat due to its size. Since it is already scratched though, you might try using a polishing kit to see if the scratches can be buffed out. Will never be back to original unless replaced, but might be worthwhile depending on scratch severity. Check with service center or local electronics retailer for the polish kit. Some rental places may be able to buff the display for you as well, but don't expect a guarantee of results. Worth the try though.

Trying to repair a scratch on the front bumper, what kind of plastic is the bumper?

Urethane is what used to make the front bumper, you can buy a epoxy bumper repair kit for the Urethane bumpers which is what most Auto Repair shops uses. Most auto Parts store like Parts Source will carry them or direct you where you can buy them in your area or even an Auto body shop can help you get the kit. Good luck

I have an LG Versa. I scratched the screen on it.

If you took your phone in to verizon they would tell you you have to have it sent in for repairs as this is a very technical job. Since you used the word scratched and not cracked, you can try to buff the scratch out by purchasing some vehicle scratch remover and working it over the screen with a a cloth and then buffing it with a lint free one. The deeper the scratch the more work it will take, but it is pretty much sanding the screen on a fine level. And you will see results that surprise you.
It may sound awkward but if you do not have a warranty that will cover it then you have nothing to lose but the scratch. Set the phone on a flat surface witch cloth beneath it to prevent scratching the back up, and remove the keypad and put on the plastic backing that covers the battery. You want to use a smooth cloth, not like a sock due to the ruffles in it. Take your time and this works for car stereo screens and even headlights if you have the elbow grease.
If Verizon will not repair it have a go and if anything the scratch will definitely be alot smaller if it is a gash. 3M makes good rubbing compound so try them. Five bucks of a nice screen is worth it and purchase the screen protector as well for future technicalities.
Good luck an Happy holidays.

My Mitsubishi WD65731 65" 1080p DLP HDTV has scratches.

ive never seen a tv with a plastic cover on the screen (unless it just got unpacked) even if its just the screen rubbing polish into it wont hurt it! unless it has a hole in it down the the liquid crystal it could get in there and cause major problems but if that part is still working fine then buff away! the liquid crystal in all LCD's is between the two glass plates..then theres a thicker glass over the top.
hope this helps,ben

if the scratches are not too deep, you can buff them out with a buffing compound and a soft cloth
