The model number of the panasonic camcorder is ag-hmc150. When recording there is a flicker sometimes on the LCD screen which actually gets recorded on the SD card. Can you suggest any fixes or reasons to this problem. Thanks

I had the same problem. Mine happened when the temperature was somewhat cooler than normal.

How do I connect my panasonic vhs 188 camcorder to a dvd recorder?

Hi,

On these old models of VHS camcorder, I recall they have either RCA outputs, or BNC connectors which will require a BNC adaptor (to convert to RCA).

Using a 3RCA lead, connect the camcorder to the video (and audio) inputs of your DVD recorder.

No sound when recording

Hi,

Please get your microphone tested, also, you can try testing the recording using external microphone.
It seems that the problem is with microphone contacts or internal loose connections.

Seem to be a minor one, hope it will be resolved with above methods.

Thanks.

Most likely the flex cable connection to the video head is dirty. A good repair shop will be able to handle this.
