Hey, I sent you a clarification reguest in which I requested you to run a speed test at www.speedtest.net and report me the results it gives you. seems it was removed.

Then we can move on and see what can be done about it.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Old majic jack want to start new program

If you have an old Magic Jack, my 4 unit are 6 years old the company just really wants you to upgrade to a newer product no need to. Try removing Magic Jack completely from your tablet, restart unit, make sure to clean out all junk on tablet from Magic Jack you could try a program that cleans your tablet for you, but unless you know what to remove don't get technical just a standard clean up of old files, this is usually under apps, Magic Jack, then there will be a clear cash button, clear data, and uninstall.
Restart unit then do a fresh install of Magic Jacks new app for your type of tablet from Googles sight or Magic Jacks make sure if you have a Mac to install the Mac App and if you have an android tablet you install the Android App. This has been working for me. With the old Magic Jack you will need to do a fresh install when you get errors and crashes. I do it 2 or 3 times a year. Good Luck!!

I'm trying to get my Magic Jack to work with my HP 6210 all in one printer. The system test says everything is working fine, and the machine appears to operate correctly when faxing, but the faxes don't go...

Honestly, Magic Jack will only mess your computer up more then it's worth in savings.

If you really want to leave the phone company, check out OOMA (ooma.com) it cost more in the begining, but saves WAY more in the long run.

Of the 10 computers I tried to fix after Magic Jack had been installed on them, I had to reinstall the Operating System on all of them. Magic Jack is worthless.

At&t wireless router and magic jack setup

It could be the router which is giving you issue. Press and hold the reset button for 30 second and this makes the configuration to go back to its previous settings. The reconfigure the router with a new SSID and security key. Try connecting to the wireless network, the computers will consider it as a new network and will connect without any issues

Calls cutting out with magic jack

Your ISP connection speed may be inadequate. Typically, the upload speed (outgoing voice) is much slower than the incoming speed. To check majicjack recommends that you test your system on http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ .
It's also possible that your internet provider is purposely delaying the outgoing latency in order to discourage VoIP that THEY don't provide. I think this is (or at least should be illegal) but in any case a complaint to the FCC might be in order.

I have magic jack and am trying to use it for a medical device because I have a pacemaker and defibulater and it need to be monertered by a LATITUDE COMMUNICATOR.Can magic jack be used for the LATITUDE...

I have and use Magic Jack too..Does your Latitude Communicator just plug right into a phone jack with a regular phone cord? If it does, then it should work...You will have to always leave your laptop on and never turn it off because Magic Jack requires a constant connection...Plug your equipment into the back of your Magic Jack and then with another phone, call the company that monitors your pacemaker/defibulator and ask them to "test" your line to see if you will receive a signal from them through your Magic Jack...You will to have to plug it all in and then test or you won't ever know...When I plug my home phone into the back of my Magic Jack, I receive a dial tone just like it was connected to a home based landline phone
