R U serious? U obviously didn't even read my question, why do U think I wrote for a solution in the first place? Thanks for stating the obvious. I waited 2 weeks for that? To go over it again, I would like to change the housing & ribbon myself .....I need to know how to do it. How do I get the phone open & apart?
Very disappointed,

When you change the ring on your Motorola V360 from the standard ring to another of your choice, you give the phone a personal touch. Rings, or ringtones, are included with your phone. You can also download and install ringtones from a mobile content provider or your mobile service provider. The ring you select sounds anytime you receive an incoming call. You can change the ring at anytime through the Motorola V360's settings menu.
Instructions
1.Press the "Menu" key on your Motorola V360 and click "Settings."
2.Click "Ring Styles" and select "Style Detail."
3.Highlight "Calls" and press the "Change" soft key.
4.Highlight the ring you want to use on your Motorola V360. When highlighted, a brief preview of the ringtone will play.
5.Press the "Select" soft key to choose the ringtone.

This may help, go to your menu & look for Tools & Settings (or similar on your phone), you should have one for Phone Settings, under Phone Settings should be Language, go in and change to English.
When you get to the unlock code screen, press the "menu" key. It'll now be asking you for your security code. If you haven't changed that from the default, it should be six zeroes ("000000").
