from 10 down to 0 on a fridge is getting colder with the smaller numbers
with a freezer 0 to 10 gets colder as the numbers get bigger
The dial inside the fresh food compartment, the bottom compartment set to middle or above (higher numbers mean colder). Usually 5 to 9 if it has numbers.
Freezer knob in the middle if it has one. (If you set a freezer knob to "colder" it cuts off the cold air to the lower compartment). Hope this helps
1...Check the fan that pushes the air from the freezer to the refrigerator it could be defective, if it is it will cause this type of problem.
2...Check your thermostat and make sure it is on the colder setting.

1 is usually the warmest setting. The higher the number to colder the setting. Start in the middle and make minor adjustments allowing considerable time in between to dial in the temp of your unit.
