What mobile carrier do you use? Depending on the mobile carrier, the access settings are a little different.
The link I'm posting here is for T-Mobile. The basic steps will be the same, but the MMSC URL and MMS Proxy & Port would be different depending on which carrier you're using.

If you have transferred your contacts from an earlier phone to your KS20 the information sometimes not corresponds. Have you checked if the mobile no. are typed correct, without any (-) hyphenation or other marks between the no?
When you are choosing the contact. Are you writing the name of the contact or do you click and then choose the contact from the contact list. There seem to be trouble finding the contact when writing the name. However clicking and then choose the contact from the contact list seems to work every time.

You need to install Microsoft Activesync, you can download it from Microsoft website or install it from the disk that came along with the phone.
