We have a Zebra Z4M printer. We have a new server and the Zebra prints but it has a problem with the margins. I believe it is because of the different drivers. I need help to fix this.

There is a printhead hot error that will come up on the printer if it overheats the printing mech and it will pause. If it totally locks up I'd suspect the main logic.
Some drivers adjust the length of the print area, regardless of the length of the label. Do calibrate the label and also verifies that the margins are zero. Roberto Martinez
The print server has a web access if you know the IP address. You may need to have a Username (root) and password to gain access to what you wish to change.
Yasemin, the most practical solution is to design your label on a software like a label matrix or zebra designer and print to a file and have the ZPL codes.

I think your problem comes from your spool server. Check if you can select not to reprint on errors. As far as the error issue is concerned, i need to konw the reason of the errors to help
