Mine is 831842 and was bent at USB connector. It was new in box.and a gift too. Looks like they retail for about $10.00 from Logitech. I saw a similar device from Logitech page and it was $10 retail.

I called Logitech Customer Service at 1-800-231-7717 and they told me that, although this product has been discontinued and is no longer available for sale, and although the new "Unifying" receivers that they use on current products are not compatible with this product, they still had some of these mini receivers in stock and they are shipping it to me free of charge...I mean free - no purchase price, not shipping costs...I just get a new mini receiver in approximately 5 business days. You can't ask for customer service than that. I've always liked Logitech products, but now I am a fan of the company as well.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I can't find a users guide but I did find drivers based on your model number. Once the drivers are loaded it will walk you through setting up of the mouse and keyboard and have a help section. Download software and install. Pick the correct operating system. Hope this helps.
