Question about Frigidaire Dishwashers
You may have a kinked drain line or the drain system is restrictive or.. the pump itself is damaged from the debris you found.. There are a few ways to determine which problem you have.. One way is by detaching the drain line from the drain stub under your sink and allowing the dishwasher to drain into a bucket.. You should have a significant drain pressure while it is pumping.. if it is a weak stream.. then your problem is on the dishwasher side.. ( meaning , pump, drain hose or a clog inline to the output.or another filter that is blocked.) If the flow is good, then your problem may be the house drain itself.. ( maybe it is not properly vented) or there is a restriction in that line.. Hope that helps you identify the solution..

Your dishwasher drains into the garbage disposal. It you tried to use a plunger to clear your clogged sink or run the disposal with to much junk in it you may have force debris into the dishwasher drain hose. With both the dishwasher and garbage disposal disconnect from power disconnect the dishwasher drain hose from the garbage disposal. This is usually about a one inch black hose. Clear out any debris in the hose and inlet nipple on the garbage disposal. If debris is compacted far down the hose it will need to be disconnected from the dishwasher end and remove to clear the blockage.
