Your best bet is to get generic replacement belts at www.mcmelectronics.com You will have to measure each belt's length and diameter, also width if its a flat belt.

SOURCE: need belts for

Your best bet is to contact MCM electronics and use their cross-reference service to get a more common belt number. They should have the belts that you need. I would give you the numbers, but I don't have a listing for your specific model.

Keep us posted.

How do I get fast forward & rewinds to work on my Teac W450-R dual cassette deck..?

Check the belts, inside the unit you should see a rubber belt which is what pulls the tape fast forward or rewind. Some belts with time get loose and slip, they can also break and fall off which will not let you fast forward or rewind.
Open your cassette player and look where the plastic pulleys are located and check for the belts, they might not be broken at all but very loose and slip on the plastic pulley.

Need to know how to replace belts on a Sanyo RD R60 Stereo Cassette deck circa 1987

Well these machines are not always easy to put parts into and there are some things to do that are not written in the manuals even if you get them. Often times the transport has to come out of the unit and then brackets and motor plates have to be removed to access the belts. This is just the reality of the job and why it can take so much time to do it. Just replacing belts in a machine does not guarantee that the unit will work well just from those belts. New belt will allow the torque to be transferred but the speed of the motor still needs to be set and wow and flutter measurements to determine if the deck is usable. Some belts of the wrong type will result in high wow and flutter. It depends on oiling and belt tension and if the reel torques are correct.
The real answer to your question is not how you put the belts in but that you need to have it worked on my a Technician who knows what they are doing. Most deck owners are not set up with experience or equipment to get the correct job done.

RUBBER DRIVE BELT FOR A360 FOR TEAC CASSETTE DECK

Drive belts on tape decks are mostly universal. You only need to measure the diameter of each belt in mm and then enter the result in Google as "Cassette drive belt ??mm".

Ive got a Sony tc-ke600s cassette deck which a wobble in the sound when playing or recording and would like to know what I can to so solve this problem? Thanks Mark

Chances are it will be the belts which will be either worn or loose. To replace them make a note of how the fit, take photos if that helps. Once off measure the diameter in mm (you don't need to be spot on with it). Then enter "Cassette drive belt ??mm" into google.

Tape reel on either deck stops and tape gets jammed. This is on a Tascam dual cassette deck model 322.

Try replacing the belt, because when the belt is a bit old it looses its elasticity and it can't drive the whole thing properly.Tape A and Tape B works independently.
