Stuck in log in screen

The most likely cause is you've recently installed some hardware or software, and upon restarting, the computer didn't know how to handle it. Not to worry, there are several options that often solve this type of problem. Disconnect any hardware you recently installed, such as a sound card. It could be causing the issue. The hardware may be defective or your computer may not have the capability to use it. Start the computer and wait for the Desktop to show up. If the Desktop appears to be just seconds away from showing up but never does, hold down the Ctrl-Alt-Del key combination. In the menu that pops up, choose "Start Task Manager." Select any task you see in the "Application" tab and choose "End task." This may allow the computer to finish loading. Restart the computer if the problem persists. When starting, hold down the F8 key to get a list of startup options. Select the option for "Last Known Good Configuration." Let Windows boot up. If this doesn't work, restart and choose "Advanced Boot Menu" and then "Safe Mode." Let Windows load. If either solution works, go to the Control Panel and choose "Uninstall a program." Select the last thing you installed and choose "Uninstall." Attempt to repair Windows. This may be your last option if nothing else works. Insert the Windows DVD and restart the computer. When the computer restarts, press any key to boot from the DVD. At the first menu choose your language and country and click "Next." Choose the "Repair your computer" option. Use the recovery tools option and then "Startup Repair." If this doesn't work, repeat these steps and choose "System Restore" instead of "Startup Repair" and choose a date before you began experiencing the problem. Hope this helps

My Hp-620 Laptop is not displaying Wallpaper and no option for it pls help me

Do you mean your laptop shows no start menu, no desktop icons? If its seems like it booted up except nothing is shown on the screen try the steps below.

Click Ctrl+Alt+Del to get to Task Manager. Hold the Ctrl key, plus Hold the Alt Key then hit the Del key while holding them. Once the task manager opens Clcik the Processes tab then click the Image Name Column heading on the left to get them in alphabetical order. Scroll down and look for explorer.exe. If you see it click it to highlight it then click End Process.

Next, click the FILE tab at the very top left of the window and select New Task (RUN). When the Create New Task window opens type explorer.exe and press ok. Your start menu, task bar and desktop icons will start appearing and populating. if not that means a virus has hidden your files and folders.

If it is not resolved try the steps below:

Shine a flashlight on the dark screen to see if you barely see the icons on the desktop. If so, then the LCD Inverter is bad.

Plug in an external monitor and see if the display shows up on it. It can be any kind of monitor even the old big fat crt monitors as long as it has a vga cable to connect to your computer's vga port. If so that proves your video card is ok. The video will show on most systems when you reboot without you having to do anything. Some systems will require you to hit the FN (Function key) + F1 thru F12. Hold down the FN key then hit the correct key for displaying on the monitor (F1 thru F12). The correct key will normally have CRT/LCD on it or it will have the icon of a display.

If you see no icons by shinning a flash light and the external monitor works, then your screen is bad. If you see no icons by shinning the flash light and nothing shows on the external monitor, then most likely your video card is bad.

Blank screen

A white blank screen? That sounds like the virus changed your display settings. Click Ctrl+Alt+Del to get to the task manager. Press and hold the Ctrl key plus the Alt Key then hit the Del key. When the task manager opens up Click File at the upper left corner of the window then select New Task RUN. When the create New Task Window opens type: explorer.exe and hit OK. See if it starts populating your desktop icons and shows the start menu and task bar. If so, the virus changed your settings.

To change your display background click Start/Control Panel and look for Display or Appearance and Personalization. When it opens select the Desktop tab and change the desktop background. Hopefully the white will go away.

You may have to get into Safe Mode to do the above if the virus disabled the Task Manager.

Laptop hanging off

If your laptop is hanging while you are working, press this combination keys:
Ctrl Alt Del.
If you are using windows XP, it should automatically take you to task manager.
But if you are using windows vista or windows 7, it would show you options, of which you are to select 'task manager'.
End the tasks the are not responding by right clickin it and selecting 'end task'.
If that task still refuses to end, still in the task master pane, go to 'processes'.
Select the processs running the nonresponsive task. Eg, if internet explorer is the non responsive task, the process would be 'explorer.exe'.
End that process.

If it stil doesnt work, then select 'end all processes', and restart the system.
Hope this was helpful?
Success.

How do i unlock a panisonic laptop without admistrated password

A. Boot using Windows XP Setup CD and follow the instruction like Accepting EULA, etc.
B. When it asks to repair your existing Windows installation, accept it and press "R" to run the repair.
C. Setup will start repairing your Windows and will start copying files, etc.
D. After a few minutes setup will restart your system and when it restarts don't press any key when it shows "Press any key to continue..." otherwise Setup will start from the beginning. Don't press any key and setup will resume where it left.
E. Now it'll start doing other tasks and will show a small progressbar with a few details in left side.
F. Look carefully at the details and when it shows "Installing devices", press <Shift>+F10 keys in your keyboard.
G. It'll open a Command Prompt window. Now type nusrmgr.cpl and press <Enter>.
H. It'll open the same "User Accounts" window which you see in Control Panel.
I. Now you can remove or reset any account password without any problem.

Next page asking for selecting operating system, for example: windows vista or Windows XP etc. Just select the operating system & press Enter again. ( Hope your laptop showing only one operating system ). Your laptop will start normally. After the if you seen the screen dark then press FN+Right arrow in key board(>). When you press FN + ( < ) or ( >) key that's time its working for brightness controlling for screen. Now if all well then fine other wise please let me know .
Another suggestion is run your Acer driver DVD for installing Display drivers. When finish restart your laptop and watch whats going. If no success then format the Operating system & reinstall again.
