My phone switches off on it's own and will not turn back on.
When I go to turn my phone on it will not switch back on. I have tried taking the battery and sim card out, i have also tried charging it but it does not work. also when it does work the screen turns black and the keys lights turn off. i have only had this phone since february and i have not dropped it once.

Don't switch off the phone but take out the battery and sim card , wait for a few minutes then replace sim card and battery , switch on and see if that's solved the problem . If not take back to the shop
may need servicing, but try to take out the memory card and the battery and SIM card. After that, press the power on switch for about 15 seconds. After that, try to put the battery back, make sure it is still charged, then turn on the phone again. If this works, you may turn it off again to place the memory card and sim card back and use your phone again.

the battery must be removed to allow dust, dirt and corrosion to be

unflavored, colorless alcohol. Make sure the battery is totally dry

your phone vibrates continuously when you try to switch it on, please
try to do an update using the Sony Ericsson Update Service.
if it keeps doing that i would take it to the store and get it looked at and see if there is a problem with the software
Try tehse steps 1. Switch off and switch it back on , 2.
Switch off and take out battery , when battery is out , press power on
button for 30 secs and then out battery back again and switch on the
mobile. This process is known as releasing flee power. 3. If still does not work, check whether the SIM is properly connected, take out SIM and put it back again and then check. .
f still does not work then contact , the phone manufacturer, phone has to be reset or its not loading up properly and says inactive SIM , u can also contact the people whom u pay for the phone bills and check whether SIM is active or not
