Question about Epson PhotoPC 550 Digital Camera
I get a TWAIN error message when I try to transfer images with Adobe Photoshop. What should I do?

TWAIN_32 as your source. If your using Windows NT 4.0, you may need to upgrade your software to Photoshop 4.0. Earlier versions of Photoshop do not support Windows NT 4.0. Or you may need to upgrade your computer if it is slower than 100 MHz or if you have less than 32MB of RAM.

Tips for a great answer:
The LCD screen may display a FILE ERROR message when trying to view a still image on the camera if the image was rotated, modified and overwritten using editing software on a computer. To play images you have taken on the camera, it is recommended that you do not make any changes to the original image files. I suggest that you transfer the images from the Camera to the computer and check if it works. After transferring the images, get the Memory formatted from the Camera and start capturing new images. The edited images will not get displayed in the Camera again. Please try not to edit the images in the Computer without transferring it.
