MS Office is not a free program.
Youwill need to purchase a copy of MS Office to get the product installation key.
For an alternative free program, OPEN OFFICE is a full-featured officesuite that's compatible with Microsoft Office.
If you want Open Office you can download this free program. Click on this link to download :-
http://www.openoffice.org/ You can download a 60 day free trial of MS Office 2010.Click on this link to download :- http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/

Tip

How can I get a free copy of Microsoft Office?

Experts cannot circumvent licensing of products in this forum, if they try they will be banned for violating the terms of service.

You can download a 60 day free trial of Microsoft Office 2010 here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/
Click the try it for free button. Be warned that after 60 days it will revert to "Reduced Functionality Mode" where you will be able to View any files you have created but will no longer be able to edit or print them until you purchase a license from Microsoft and enter the Product Key that Microsoft will provide you upon payment.
If you do not want to BUY Microsoft office here is an alternative that is Free:
You can download and use Open Office
http://www.openoffice.org
which is both free and compatible with Office 2007/2010 document format

I download MS Office 2007 from Internet, However I don't have Product Key for this Product X12-30196. So I am getting error.

You can only use it as a trial version. It'll work until 60 days or a maximum of 120 usages, what ever comes first. You need to purchase a product key from Microsoft. Alternatively, you can try to download a free alternative called Open Office:

Here is the site: http://download.openoffice.org/
It does not look as good as Microsoft Office but it serves the purpose. The best thing about this software aside from being free is that it supports files created from Microsoft Office like word, excel and powerpoint.
You just need to get used to a different naming convention.

I rebooted and now microsoft office word keeps asking for produch key . i got it used and do not have it .what # can i put in

Hmnnn, probably you had a free edition of office suite application installed on your computer which will be valid for only 60 days. If you wish to continue using all the application of office suite, you will have to purchase the full version of office suite.
-See the following link for the price comparison: http://news.office-watch.com/t/n.aspx?articleid=1360&zoneid=10 If you wish to continue using the free trial version again, you will have to install different version of office trial suite again. -For example, If you had Office 2010 Home and Student trial edition installed on the computer before and it is expired, you can uninstall it and install the Office 2010 Professional trial edition on the computer which will be valid for another 60 days.
Link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/
However, you also have the option of using the open office suite which is absolutely free. The open office suite provides all the features and functionality of the Microsoft application.
You can download the open office suite for free from the following link:
http://download.openoffice.org/index.html

I purchased a computer and am using Microsoft 2007 every now and then it asks for a key number which I dont know about what it is or where I get one can you help

Your "new" computer includes a "trial' version of Microsoft Office 2007. The "trial-period" is 30 days. After that time, you either must stop using the software, or purchase a license-key for that software (either at a retail computer store, or online via Microsoft's E-commerce web-site) and enter that license-key, when requested.

I bought new computer, I need key code for microsoft word

The first 60 days is a free trial. After that, you must buy it from Microsoft, if you want to continue using it, with full features.

Im trying to write a letter on microsoft office but somthing poping up saying that i need to have a, organization and a product key but i have no idea what they are?

You probably have a new PC which came with 90 day trail version of MS Office.
Instead of paying money to Microsoft, download OpenOffice. It is a free open source Office suite that works just like MS Office, it even opens word documents, Powerpoint and Excel files.
Get it here :

http://www.openoffice.org/

copy and paste the complete link into your browser.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe
