Re: Deletinjg contacts.

I suggest you hard reset the Treo 600 to remove all former data and the username associated with the phone. Press the power button next tot he antenna and perform a soft reset at the same time. Dont let go of the power button until the Palm Logo appears. Then you will see a message asking if you want to delete all data. Removing portions of the old data is not an easy task.

How can I save numbers to my sim card?

Set your phone to sinchronize your contacts with your PC (if not already set), and sync them. Then, start Outook on your PC, go to the Contacts tab, select the contacts you want to see excluded from your phone's internal memory, and delete them (either go to 'Edit > Delete', or 'Ctrl-D', or simply 'Del'). Now, re-synchronize your phone with your PC. I suppose ActiveSync on your phone will automatically delete the contacts you have excluded from Outlook on your PC.
Hope it works for you.
Cheers! Carlos

Need to change user name and domain on Outlook email account

You cannot modify your existing ActiveSync partnership.
You must go into ActiveSync options on your phone and delete the partnership.
Note that deleting the partnership only deletes the copy on your phone. It will not delete the source mailbox on your server so don't worry.
Once that is done you can set up the new partnership with your new server.

I hope this helps.

I will post a response here and to your email.  IM not sure what your trying to do.  Are you trying to delete all the information on the phone?
Does the phone have software?
If there is a hard reset I dont know about it.  In the phone settings menu there is a option fir reset all settings.
the default security code is 0000.  Try this first.  you can delete contacts, music and video of the card.  I dont think there is a single command to wipe the card.  if you dont want to manually delete the files you will need to remove the card and plug it into your computer.  To do this you will need a microSD adaptor.  Once in the computer you can delete all files.

How to delete contacts on Blackjack II..???

yellow!!

here's some tip:
to delete contact:
  1. While in standby mode, press the right soft key for Contacts
  2. Highlight the desired Contact, using the navigation keys
  3. Press the right soft key for Menu
  4. Select Delete
  5. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm the Contact deletion

to delete all contact:

The only way to delete all Contacts, other than to manually delete them one by one, is to perform a reset on the handset.

NOTE: RESETING YOUR PHONE WILL DELETE ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR PHONES MEMORY

TO RESET YOUR PHONE CALL YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER..

Recover deleted programs

doing a hard reset will reinstall all the factory software. Unfortunatly you will loose all your contacts and files and user installed programs unless you backed up your device and ative sync will see it as a new device you can drag the backed up files to the new device in from your old sync folder in windows
to do a hard reset
Press both the right and left softkeys on the front of the phone while you are pressing the 'soft' reset button on the bottom of the phone. Press Y and then the space bar let the phone reset and follow prompts, after 3 seconds, it will install the sprint software I recommend a soft reset after that. Sync, and you're ready to go again!

Some of the Buttons on the phone do not work.

The best thing you can do is sending it to a professional. By opening the phone you can cause more damage? Just in case, why can't you execute the hard reset? If you don't know how, it's in the user guide -p. 171... FYI about Hard reset "...Performing a hard reset deletes all the entries in your phone. However, you can restore all previously synchronized info the next time you sync (see ?Synchronizing contacts and other information? in the user guide)..."
