Question about HP Jornada 568 Pocket PC
Hi all, i can't launch windows media player after upgrading the firmware followed by rom of my hpj 568. could this be due to some clash with pocket divx which used to cause the same prob but was solved after i re-install the pocket divx again. was told it can be solved by deleting a series of keys from the Button MAP registry Key... how do i go abt doing it?
Why not ask real HP and not fixya.
the books on this ended long ago.
so how can you learn anything NOW.
its so old there are no posts at HP on it now. zero
but do ask, some there can dig up relic books and facts.
some can, or not. (only luck can happen)

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Media Player issue
Weird! I would try an alternative Windows CE MP3 player such as Xaudio or PalmPlayer to see if they do the same thing. I have trouble believing it's hardware related because AFAIK the MP3 decoding is all done in software, but I guess it's possible.
