Hi, when i send a job to be printed, i hear the noise and i observed that the roller on the tray start to move, but after it stop and i get this error message saying "paper jam MP E" can somebody help me on that?
Open the mp tray locate 2 white plastic egg shaped piece on the ends of the steel rod gently push one or the other towards the back of the machine if the paper jam error message is on then the roller will turn as soon as you give it a push re load the paper open and close door a or e printing should resume that white piece works with the paper lift to get the paper up to the in feed roller

you may wanna check if the paper that your using is a laser paper, check the mp tray, reload the paper and check the settings on your computer using thicker needs to match the setting on your driver you may also wanna check if your printer can do a stand alone copy so that we can identify if this a hardware issue or a driver issue.
hope this will help u
Diagram of doors should be above control panel of printer.
Lift ADF/Scanner up. Open door "C" just below it. Lift orange photoconductor lever up to release photoconductor. Lift photo conductor up towards you. Inspect for jammed paper and remove if necessary. Replace photoconductor, close lever and door "C".
Open door "E" on rear of printer and look for jammed paper and remove. Close door "E".
Last place to look is in paper tray. Take stack of paper out and look for paper jam. Removed as needed.
These are the three places i have had jams and you will only find the jam in one of them. Most likely it will be in back in Door E
I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps.Bud
I've reviewed your printer design and suspect there is truely a "paper jam" located in the process feeder. If you will follow the directions for cleaning the printer head located on page 15/16 of the link below, I bet you will find your lost paper. This printer requires a long path of travel for the printed paper to eject. The printer head is about the half-way point of its travel, so this would be a great place to investigate. http://files.support.epson.com/pdf/cx11n_/cx11n_pg.pdf
I hope this helps!
