you might have to configure them then select properties you will see tabs general level in this tab make sure your settings are loud enough also enhancements and advanced from the drop down

Multimedia audio controller

i dont have a installer of multimedia audio controller for windows xp. my pc need this. how can i download this driver for free.??

Multimedia Audio Controller

Hello itjsn:

Make sure that the little speaker icon is on in the taskbar.

Make sure your system shows that the hardware is active.
Go to system in control panel and continue to the properties of same.
If the system reports that your hardware is correctly setup, then you need to go to the properties of the hardware and see if it is on.

If all that checks out okay, then the next thing would be to make sure your plug for the sound output is correctly connected.

If all that checks okay, then you need to test your external speaker system. Make sure (if it is powered) that it is plugged in and the power is on.
If you still have problems, then the next thing would be to try a different speaker system on your machine.

Hope that will help you,
