Hi Marlene:-) 1 : The hole everyone speaks of is at the front of your drive, search. This is if your drive is receiving no power & therefore cannot be opened electroically. Push a pin in & do it manually. 2: if your still cannot open then check if there are still any programs using your drive, this will cause it not to open 3: still not opening? check if your drive is properly installed into your case, the drive may not be correctly aligned to your case. To fix this you will need to open your case & look. Still confused? Reply
