Question about Computers & Internet
Erase the files of the application (antivirus application?) that you want to uninstall in the Programs folder manually (click C, find Programs Files folder, and look for your application folder then erase it). Reinstall that application (that you erased) and choose repair. Once repair is made, you should be able to uninstall the program and install a new one, i.e. AVG Free.

Click on start, and then point to All Programs and then find AVG in the list and choose the uninstall option under the program group.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
