Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
Have tried to reset but does not solve problem, any suggestions?
Yeah... u hafta go to their website and download an update... but
apperently this happends to many of their products about a month after
warranty expires... Im having this problem right now, and they want me
to send mine in to have it fixed which will of course, cost me $, even
though their websites update is a load of %@&#!!!!
Try going to their website and installing the Firmware update... and when u plug in ur zen, if ur comp doesnt recognise it... welcome to my world. And then good luck getting any help from them!
