It is possible to replace the rear bearings in one of these front loaders without the use of any special tools. The bearings, however, on MOST of the these model washers have the bearings molded into the rear outer tub shell. That is, the bearings are not removable and you are required to replace the entire tub shell. I is a crappy design. I am not sure with yours, because you did not post a COMPLETE model number. I could not locate any information with the heading you posted this under. I have a pretty lengthy write up that explains this process of replacing a rear drum bearing if you decide to perform the repair yourself. The following link is provided:

Read through the link thoroughly. It is a rather long process, but I have successfully assisted several other consumers with this process on several occasions. You will need plenty of work space, like a garage or patio, and I would recommend an electric drill with socket and/or screwdriver attachments to make the process of removing nuts and bolts much faster. This job normally takes a trained professional about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. I've done many of them and found that it goes faster with assistance. If you decide to go through this repair, please post back with an accurate model number, and I may be able to assist you with locating recommended parts. I hope you find this information helpful. Let me know if you have questions.

It is not spinning

check belt, remove top, (2 screws at rear), belt sits on plastic disc at rear of the drum, if not there it may have come off/ snapped. remove 2 screws in plastic cover and remove cover at bottom rear. if belt is there u'll probably need a new one. There may be other issues.

if it doesn't spin manually then probably need to replace bearing. clean filters etc first may be something simple. large black tube under drum to rear beside drainage. remember could get messy. if this doesn't allow for turning then probably bearings need replaced. u'll know if there is evidence of grinding on the disc that the belt sits on if bearings need replaced.

if turns manually and belt is still on almost certainly electrical/ motor issue. check using voltmeter to see if power getting into motor, if not u'll have to know how to fault find. if power getting to motor then could be brushes or burnout

probably a few more things but these are most common

Replace drum bearings on hotpoint aquarius wf000g

You really don't want to know how but here it is. The bearing is located in the rear shell and is not removable the rear shell has to be replaced which means removing the tub assembly from the machine and completely disassembling. With 30 years of appliance repair the last one I did took about 3 hours.
