Question about Avaya 4610
We have bought a 4610 IP Phone to try on our phone system however we are struggling to get it setup. Its detected in IP Office Manager and has an ext assigned. We have updated the software on the unit but when we call a number we just get ' Unobtainable Disc'. Also when I dial the IP ext it rings and then goes to the default voicemail message.
Any suggestions anyone?
The phone is not registered with the IP Office. Double check the IP settings of the phone. Callsv is the IPO IP address
Fileserv is the fileserver, usually the vmail pro server.
