Changing the time on a Strata DK system must be done from the "main" or primary phone. It is usually extension # 10, or # 200.
With the phone on-hook, dial intercom, #, 652 (depending on the system type, the # may or may not apply)
Enter the correct time using HH/MM/SS, like 07:24:00
Press redial As far as the system manual goes, I'll need to know the type of system you have. Toshiba DKT2010's work with a number fo different Toshiba systems. To find out, go to where the phone system is located and look at the top corner. It should have a number designation there such as DK 40i or DK280 etc.
The night key on the phone only changes the location the trunks or lines ring. The voicemail should be set up with 990 as an " Introduction ", Thank you for calling ABC Company and 991 is the " Instructions ", If you know your party's extension please enter it now. The mail boxes should match the extensions and ring the phone. you need to verify the extension field in each mailbox to make sure they match. Do you have access to the voicemail programming ?
it may be setup to block outbound calling, remember also, you have to dial a 9 to get dial tone on a centrex line, so in this case if your phone system is setup to dial 9 as a line access code you will actually have to dial 99. hope that helps
I am assuming you have a Strata VIe system with this phone. I added a website below with all the program manuals. If you have a DK system please look at program 81 to get ringing back. I dont know the programming very well on the Strata VIE systems.
