The keyboard on my Jornada 720 has stopped responding, all except the On/Off key, and the soft reset button. none of the others are working at all. I have tried a complete reset of the unit, by removing all power for 10 minutes (as mentioned in the manual) and the calibration settings wizard appears etc, but I still am unable to use any keys. Can anyone help me with this problem please?
Have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing the driver program for the keyboard?
