You should have a recovery cd, it will allow you to reinstall Windows. If you don't have even that then either borrow one from a friend and use it with you key (the one on the sticker), or order a new disk by following this

My desktop hp pavilion m7570n shows "disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter" i opened monitor to check fr lose cables and just want to make sure if they are appropriately inserted. Please...

This can also mean that the operating system can not find the boot partition.
first check if in BIOS the right disk is the boot disk. You will have to push Del or F12 or other during startup. Check boot order. Choose your first harddisk to boot from and click F10 to save and exit.
If that is right and you tries all harddisks and still not booting, try to start up from a rescue disk or the original operating install disk.
for Windows:
given options: install on disk, tthen if already installed Windows found, choose repair. Choose repair startup.

HP recovery disks don't boot!

Sounds like you need a windows vista operating system disc. The recovery discs set your system back to factory settings like when you first brought it home from the store. But to me, the system is bloated with all the software and trial junk that you don't need. If you can get your hands on a Vista Operating System Disc, then do a clean install from it. Just make sure your Certificate Of Authentication (COA) sticker is readable so that you can activate the vista once you've got it loaded. If you can't get your hands on a system disc, take it to a computer repair shop, I would think you could find one that will load the operating system for $60 or less.

Hp pavilion a1210n disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter. how do you boot in save mode

Turn your computer off, turn it back on, as soon as you do that, start pressing F8 repeatedly until you get to a screen where you can access safe mode. If it's saying disk boot failure, you most likely have a dying/dead hard drive.
