1-toner may be bad (moisture)
2-primary wire not charging - no contact or broken (unit with a thin wire above drum)
3-seperation unit shorting out (wires under the drum)

When I removed the fuse the printer will print again but it wont print properly it will just turn the paper black. will should i do?

Dear
It seems that the toner cart. was refilled and the fuse supplied by the re-filler is not the right one. The right one is (65mA fast acting 5mm type). The meaning of the fuse is to count and inform the user about the status of toner remains and send warning massage to prepare for new toner.
For black print, some here the electrical contact path has missed/loosen etc at the cart right side, these points are to be cleaned and lubricated properly. Also over flow of toner will cause such problem due to mis alignment of the internal parts.

Thanks and Happy new year 2015.

Canon 4570dn squeals loudly when drawing from MP Tray

Hi
It sound like friction noises. it could be because of the rollers and lubrictaion on gears that got hard creating the noise and also produce strain on the feed motor . I would sugest a good service on all mechanical parts.

I have a problem of when printing out that is only white paper that take it out even I changed new toner and no change . Pls u have any solution give me the solution .

For a laser printer, printing is a few steps:
* receiving the print-data (which seems to be working fine)
* putting an electrostatic charge on the drum, by using a laser to draw the print-image onto the drum (working?)
* forcing toner into contact with the drum, but only the "charged" part of the drum holds the ink (working?)
* using heat from the fuser-unit to "melt" the toner into the paper (working?)
* ejecting the paper

If the paper is warm, then the fuser is working.
If not, then your fuser needs replacing.

Either take the printer to a qualified printer technician, for professional trouble-shooting, or buy a replacement printer, and responsibly recycle the old printer.

My xerox 6180 seems to overheat when I print colour - it either jams or the colour won't fix to the paper properly - is this a problem with the fuser or could it be faulty toners. I have been using...

Your Fuser is most likely the issue. Make sure that it is seated correctly and that ALL of the packing tape was removed from the unit. Many items inside the printer are taped in place for shipping. If you missed one of them, it can cause a bunch of issues, like paper jams or the paper not getting close enough to the fuser on the way out.
It's normal for the printer to get warm when printing color. The extra colors have to be fused individually. So if it's a 6 color, color printer, then the fuser will be on and heating 6 times as much. I would check to make sure you are using the correct weight paper as well. Some papers may be too heavy (30lbs. bond vs. 20lbs. bond) to pass through the rollers correctly and cause paper jambs.
This really sounds to me like a issue with the fuser not being installed correctly. Make sure it is locked in securely to it's mounts and that 1 of its mounts isn't flopping around. Even if it's just a little loose it will mess up the paper path and not fuse the toner to the paper. Also, some types of paper wont take toner at all! This is because it might be Photo Inkjet paper with a semi-gloss or glossy finish. There is usually a way to hold the door open and run a test print to see where in the printer it's jaming and you can see if it gets close enough to the fuser to bond the toner or not. I have a feeling that's where your issues are coming from.
Try taking all the toner cartridges out as well as the paper trays and the fuser n(if it's not built into the toner carts themselves. IF THE FUSER IS BUILT INTO THE CARTRIDGE, please be careful when checking the fuser wire and do not to touch or breathe the toner dust. IT'S VERY BAD FOR YOU!!! Cancer kind of Bad! If the fuser IS built into the toner cartridge, make sure the cartridges are all fully seated and run a test print with the correct weight paper. 24lbs bond is pretty safe weight to work with, as 20 pound paper may be too thin and the printer is having problems grabbing and passing the paper into the next part of the printers paper path. And NEVER use compatible toner carts. I say that because the toner cartridges are used and fusers have a limited life-span and may be defective now. Test it with the REAL toner carts from the manufacturer and see if that fixes the whole problem.
BTW, you're not saving anything by using those rebuilt toner carts. In fact, if you look at all the problems you're having now and how much time and money that have been wasted on bad copies and paper jams, you'll see that refilled toner carts wind up costing you more than if you had paid the extra few bucks for the reliability factor.
Hope this helps

Gray continuous streaks on lower half of copy using Canon IR 1600

I assume you had the issue before you changed the toner, If so the problem is either the fuser or the Laser.
Do this:
start a print job and after you hear the paper feed into the machine open the top cover to stop the machine. You want to stop the page before it gets to the fuser. May take a couple tries.
remove the toner cart.
the page should be under the cart with the image on it.
If the line is on the page the problem is image development(toner or laser).
If no lines the problem is likely the fusing assm.

Canon pc980 copier...changed toner cart. now the image it produc

Cartridge is defective. I suspect it was a 'compatible' or remanufactured unit vs. an original. Replace it and it will work fine.
