I cant open my face book page from my office

Employers do not always approve of employees accessing Facebook while on the job. If you work for a company that does not like employees getting on Facebook, it does not necessarily mean that you cannot get on the site. Although it may not be good for your career in the long term, other options are available for getting on the site when your employer puts a block on your social networking efforts through Facebook. You simply need to get a little more creative to gain access.

1.Use a service that emails entire Web pages to an email address. For example, EmailTheWeb.com is a service that allows you to enter the URL of any Web page into a box and enter an email address; it then emails that page to the appropriate email. You need to know the URL of the Facebook page you want to look at, but this option can work.
2.Utilize a proxy server to access Facebook. A proxy server is a website that allows you to access other sites through another server. This way, to your computer it simply looks like you are visiting the proxy server website. While on the proxy, you have the ability to navigate to Facebook.
3.Type the IP address of Facebook into your browser. Depending on the program that your employer is using to block Facebook, it may simply block certain URLs. By typing the IP address into the Web browser, it could pull up the website. Facebook actually uses several IP addresses. Using an IP lookup site can help you find the IP address that you need.
4.Subscribe to certain pages on Facebook with really simple syndication, or RSS. Certain Facebook Walls allow you to subscribe to them through RSS. Then when you want to access them, open your RSS reader and you should be able to see the latest updates.

I hope you find it very helpful.

Browser only opening on SOME OUTLOOK links

The problem is not with your computer or your browser. You are saying 2 links opened. The other 2 did not open. It is quite common different links point to the same URL. The reason it did not open was because there is some mistake in the URl. Another reason could be that your browser is setup to block certain type of websites.
Hope this will help you.

Need to disable the access of the address bar in IE

hi,

You can use frames to keep your URL fixed while still allowing navigation without revealing the actual URL.
Example: http://www.rgagnon.com/jsdetails/js-0099.html
Alternatively, As your real intention is to prevent users from modifying the URL, consider implementing URL rewriting to scramble the URL so that the actual file path is not obvious. URL rewriting is the process of intercepting an incoming Web request and automatically redirecting it to a different URL.
Check these links for more info on URL rewriting:

When I download a e-mail with a pix, the square does not have a pix, just a big square with a little red X in a box.

You don't say what kind of email provider you have. A box with red x either means your browser is not letting the image load or somewhere along the line the image is not allowed to link.

A quick fix to try is to right click on the box where the pic should be and scroll down to Properties. This will reveal if the image is "linked" to a url. If it is, you can copy the url and forward just that instead of the imbeded pic.

Copy the url and paste it into a browser to see if YOU can load the pic manually. If it doesn't load manually, then there's something wrong at the source. Try it and see if anything happens.
