Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have tried everything I can and even used Technical Support through HP. The only option they have given me is to repair the machine by sending it in. I left for a vacation for about 3 weeks and returned and the error was no longer there for about about a week. At that point the message came back on and has not left. Do you have any suggestions on how I could fix this problem?
May i know what is the specific error message that will display in you printer so that i will be able to give the appropriate solution to your issue...
