Hello, I am the technician that will be assisting you today. My name is Norman-Wynne Damstra.
Welcome to Fixya, Sadael.
Yes some-times the case/computer chassis does not have an internal BIOS/CMOS beep code speaker built in.
So what you will need to do is go to your local computer store and purchase a mainboard beep code speaker. You may even find it online at your favorite computer store.
The modern speaker is very small compared to the older mainboard beep code speakers.
Your computer will continue to work without the speaker, the beep code speaker is there to help diagnose/troubleshoot problems when they occur.
Hello, You will remove the CMOS battery and wait for 5 minutes . Hope it will solve. If the problem is same please change or clean the RAM with eraser and install it again. If the problem is same please , http://www.techspot.com/review/129-asus-p6t-deluxe/If the mobo is in warranty should change .If period expire Now you will create a identity mark on BIOS chip and ,you should remove resoiulder the BIOS chip from *********** board .and install it again tightly.
If all the procedure will fail think your mobo should change as new. Hope this helps.

Do you mean speaker or front panel audio? The front panel audio connector is located at the rear of the board, behind the PCI connectors - the speaker connections are in the panel connector block (2x10 pin header) located at the front left of the board.
With the board in it's normal position, the speaker pins are on the right hand side of that block, on the pin nearest the front and the one 3 positions behind that

Open your case and find a cable that comes from your internal speaker and connect it to pins on motherboard marked pc speaker or int.speaker or speaker
Go to http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us and from there search for your motherboard. I have just installed the same motherboard(second hand) in my computer and didn't have a cd. I checked on the site and found everything I needed there.
