Yes. Just run your RCA leads to the amp (after properly wiring it). You can use either the front of rear pre-out connections. If your amp has a built in crossover, Use the low-pass filter setting at around 60Hz.
A copy of the owner's manual can be found here if you need it:

Hope this helps!

What's wrong with my speakers and amp? They sound like ****!!!!

Your woofers are not going to sound very good unless they are in an enclosure (box). Very few woofers are designed as free air.

I have a Jensen DV2007 CD/MP3/WMA/DVD Player/Receiver and was wondering if it will play my Sony DVD-RW 3"mini disks

No they will not work as the loading mechinism would not be able to grab ahold of the discs. Normal cd/dvd's load because the mechanism grabs by the sides of the disc and the 3'" disc would be to small.

What color wire hooks up to my amp to subs

Should be a blue one or a blue one with a white tracer. Might be tagged antenna. Sends the signal wire on the amp the signal to turn on.

Hey I have an Alpine CDA-9851 CD Player and was wondering how to hook up my two 10" Kicker subs, since there is no subwoofer connection on the back of the player.

First to start you need an amp something that is a little stronger than your subs. What you want to do is 'T' off your speaker wires into RCA's to hook up into the amp. There is a device you can buy or you can cut some RCA cables. There are a few down sides to do it this way because as you turn up the volume the Subs will get louder and start to distort a lot faster than hooking up proper. The best way to do it is to get a deck with RCA sub outputs. Good Luck

2 RCA's coming from amp into radio's single subwoofer output RCA?

You can either hook up the left channel only or buy a splitter that separates one input into two outputs.

On the jensen vm9022 how do you reverse the subwoofer polarity

CLICK HERE for a copy of your manual in PDF format.

Phase control is featured on page 17 (21 of pdf)

In the Audio Sub-Menu:
Subwoofer Phase Adjustment: Touch the sub.w icon to
access the subwoofer polarity controls and reverse the
subwoofer signal polarity from to 180°. Reversing
polarity can improve bass response related to speaker
configuration.

No sub when listening to a cd

you're using the wrong remote output wire. You have it hooked to the power ANTenna wire (blue) which turns off when not using the tuner. You need to use the REM OUT wire (blue w/ white stripe).

Even if your JVC doesn't have outputs for a subwoofer you can hook it up with the a speaker wire to RCA converter. You just spice your rear speaker wires to this device then connect RCA's to your amp. I've used them before... works great. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Speaker-to-RCA-Line-Level-Converter-Adjustable-High-Low_W0QQitemZ130143832174QQihZ003QQcategoryZ38636QQcmdZViewItem
